2015 Central Florida Scottish Highland Games

So, another year of Highland Games has come and gone...and what an amazing time it was! The President and I journeyed to Central Florida for their annual Games. Clan Blackwell was in attendance for the first time, and we had an amazing spot for our booth! We sat right across the walk from Clan Arthur (we got to watch people pull Excalibur out of the stone all day). We were hoping that our booth would garner lots of attention, however all did not go as planned. It seems that this year, most people were interested in searching for just their clan, and did not want to explore the many different possibilities that were available to them.

But we are undaunted! Although we did not have as good of a turn out as we were hoping, we did indeed have a few wonderful surprises! The very first person to journey to our tent was none other than Betsy Blackwell! We are honored to have her name down on our roles for 2015.
